I am thoroughly impressed with how my needs were understood and discussed in the planning through development process. They are patient, especially when there is miscommunication or clarity needed. It did take some time for me to fully understand the base framework of the auction software, and the misunderstanding of some aspects did provide challenge along the way; yet that is generally what happens throughout the learning and development process of a working design concept. Delivery was very reasonable for customizations requested, and overall there was great communication. A great relationship has been built, and I continue to use e-Multitech Solution with certain development needs and continued development and maintenance/support for my customized auction build.
