Easy Projects has made it much easier to manage my projects. Its automated system keeps track of everyone assigned to the project, the tasks assigned to them, the health of the project(s), etc.

Easy will send out notifications to persons assigned to a project - it takes away from me having to constantly stay on top of team members.

The completion feature: I dislike it when I mark a project as complete and it automatically assumes the date Im making that change, as opposed to the actual date completed.

Easy will send out notifications to people assigned to a project, which takes away the need for me to constantly stay on top of team members. I dislike when I mark a project as complete and it automatically assumes the date I'm making that change instead of the actual completion date. Easy Projects allows me to see all the projects I'm assigned to. I don't have to manage my projects in Outlook or Planner. Easy manages reminders, the health of my task plan, the length of the project, etc.

Easy Projects (EP) allows our staff to thoroughly review all existing projects. We can examine the schedule, budget, and other pertinent information all in one place. EP enables you to set up custom reports that can provide as much or as little information about each project as you would like to see. They offer multiple ways to enter time and allow you to add descriptions and mark entries as billable or non-billable for easy tracking. Their support staff is also very helpful. They were able to set up webinars for our staff to learn how to use the site. They recently changed their format, but thankfully, their great support staff helps with any questions we have. EP enhances internal office communication. It allows us to review each project and determine if they are staying on budget or going over budget. It also enables the staff to provide organized timesheets.

The most beneficial thing about EP is that it has everything in one site: time management, budget management, and financial management.

They just recently changed their format; thankfully, they have great support staff that help with any questions we have.

Easy Project does more than just track project hours. You can use the calendar to input vacation, sick, floater, and holiday hours.

EZP is incredibly versatile. I feel that any issue we encounter with this project management system is met with a solution that works for everyone. We have many different positions using this tool, making it challenging to address each department's unique needs, but the Easy Projects team always excels. It's organized, easy to navigate, and even easier to customize.

Easy Projects is a very helpful tool for keeping projects on track and monitoring progress. We can add a tabular view of each project's timeline to make it easier for users to track dates. However, the mobile app still needs some updates: the view of each project's dates is not very clear on mobile.

Using Easy Projects has improved my work productivity. It is much easier to add time to tasks and track task times as well as projects. The best feature is the View tab, which allows you to preselect filters to show a specific view for a project, your own tasks, or anything you would like.

The best is the use of the View tab, which allows you to preselect filters to show you a specific view for either a project, your own tasks, or anything you would like.

The spent time allocation logic. For some reason when two assigned persons are on the project, it spreads the time in half. However, that is not entirely accurate since sometimes a person may work longer on a task than another. Also, adding time in the time logs does not auto-update on the task and the estimated hours shift.

I easily adapted to simple projects in the first few days of using it. I started using it after trying some other tools, but they were all cumbersome and difficult to adapt to and train other users on. It is very intuitive and user-friendly. Any beginner or advanced project manager can use this. It has Gantt chart and Kanban board project management tools. I am in the K12 industry, and this is my service desk and project management tool. My progress in each project is shared with my supervisor so that I can keep them up to date. Our customers are teachers and other administrators, and we give them access so that they can see the progress. It is also a good documentation tool where we can input all the tasks and subtasks necessary to complete the project, as well as the days it took to complete. Therefore, the next time we do the same project, we just create a template from that completed project. You can use Easy Projects for time, cost, and expense management as well. After using it for four years, my performance and experience in project management have vastly improved. Moreover, the implementation is easy and only takes a short time to be trained on. I would strongly recommend Easy Projects for all.

I track over fifty projects concurrently, ranging in revenue from thousands to millions of dollars, including labor in excess of 2000 man-hours per project. Easy Projects gives me a quick, intuitive interface to track all activities, as well as full reporting features for resources and upper management. Short of improving the Kanban board, I could not ask for anything more.
