We used this useless software for one year with inferior customer support. Every update was an issue that no one could resolve. One guy from the Hyderabad support team, named Chandu, never responds and took money for Google Drive backup three months ago. But as of today (11th April 2022), there is still no backup. Sorry to say, this is poor customer service.

EcoGreen will work closely with you and do their best to give you the results you want. If there is something that can't be fixed immediately, they are upfront about it.
