The patients finally stopped calling a hundred times and checking the appointment time. They go to the widget on the website or in the application themselves, choose a doctor, a convenient time and make an appointment. The system itself sends them a reminder a day and an hour before the visit. The number of "truants" decreased by 30 per cent. For administrators, it's just manna from heaven.

The test results are sent directly to the patient's card. The doctor receives a notification, he can immediately look at them and comment on them.
What do you dislike about eHospital?
The interface is greetings from 2005. The system looks frankly outdated. Some windows open in new browser tabs, the buttons are small, and the logic of the elements is not always clear.

One of the features we were most excited about in eHospital was the telemedicine integration. Patients can search for doctors, check availability, and book virtual consultations without coming into the clinic. For follow-up appointments and chronic disease management, this has been incredibly convenient for both patients and doctors. The patient portal ties everything together: lab results, prescription history, and upcoming appointments are all visible to the patient online. The support team helped us set up the telemedicine module and walked our doctors through the consultation interface. They were patient and available even when we had last-minute questions before going live.
