Simply put, immigration has the easiest system to operate. It uses less RAM on my computer, has good plug-ins and compatibility for Macs, and offers AMAZING customer service and tech support.

What do you like best about eimmigration?
The benefit of being able to link LawPay and take payments, and create invoices.
What do you dislike about eimmigration?
System notes for cases cant be deleted. I think being able to delete them, since we can make mistakes on those, should be possible.

Customer support is always prompt in their replies (I use the email support feature and have never waited more than an hour or two for a response) and will work with you until your question or issue is resolved. I cannot speak to the casework functions, but they are helpful with running reports and any other technical issues you may have.

Compared to all prior immigration software I have used, this is by far the best. It has helped us keep everything, including the filing system and communication with clients and the outside world, efficient and easy. Dual calendaring, messenger system, uploading of client files, etc. Further, they have great training resources on a YouTube channel and embedded into the software step by step, so we don't need to worry about training new staff. They have the best support around the clock; they respond quickly, and the turnaround time is fast. You speak with a competent live person, not an AI-run machine.

What do you like best about eimmigration?
Forms are really easy to use, and their questionnaires are fantastic. eFiling is a lifesaver. I love the way it provides for client communication.
What do you dislike about eimmigration?
It would be great if they supported other countries as we occasionally have cases outside the United States.
What features is eimmigration currently missing?
they have added OFFICE365, which is a great feature, so we are good with that. their eFiling to USCIS is definitely superb and one of a kind. I do provide feedback and they have tried to always address our concerns. we have a thriving and sophisticated practice, so technology is key.
What other products like eimmigration have you used or evaluated?
I have used DOCKETWISE and MYCASE. Does not come close to eIMMIGRATION. with works perfectly with all of our IPHONES, and some staff have ANDRIOD phones and its just as good there.

Cerenade software for eImmigration has been an amazing asset to my practice. Ever since I began using it more than 7 years ago, I have discovered what an amazing software it is. The support staff are amazing and always a phone call away should I need any help. Additionally, they have many YouTube postings about the software and its use that are simply helpful and awesome. I have recommended this software to many of my fellow immigration lawyers and firms, and they all have been very pleased.

The software is very easy to understand and use, and the support staff is always available to assist should an issue arise. They are very reliable.
What do you dislike about eimmigration?
The only feature that I can think of would be a better system for upgrading the forms and informing us of the new forms.

I absolutely love this software. It has been extremely useful for me and my firm. The software is very convenient, helps my firm keep its cases organized, helps my team be more efficient, and I would recommend it to any law firm that practices immigration law.

What do you like best about eimmigration?
Features automatic new form updates, so that I dont have to keep track of that and worry about rejected cases.
What do you dislike about eimmigration?
Interface isnt as intuitive as you might think. Autosaving would be helpful since, at times, things may crash, and that way you can return to previously completed work.
