The CRM is good, and I have nothing to complain about. It is really great to work with the software and the support team. They honor the feature requests and work on implementing them, and within a few weeks, the feature is available.

Engage Bay is full of features that any advanced Marketing Automation Software and premium CRM have. It provides multiple external integration services, a user-friendly automation UI, good sending IP reputation, email client-wise delivery data, self-restraining features to restrict emails to invalid contacts to preserve delivery reputation, and its own email validation software. You can create as many tags for custom reporting as you want, as well as create as many custom fields. Above all, the pricing is so optimal that you spend the least to gain the maximum. Overall, a star product.

Multiple external integration services, user-friendly automation UI, good sending IP reputation, and above all, its economical pricing.
What do you dislike about EngageBay?
Response from its backend team is decent, though chat support is very quick. However, if something goes beyond the scope of a tier 1 chat support engineer, the backend team takes a reasonable amount of time to respond.

need to add each value separately in each filter of smart list/static list for reporting which if possible can be coded by backend team, cannot create more score data type field except the default one due to which formulae fields have to be used as a work around.
