Envision - inventory management and customer support

Inventory management system is lousy. The system is probably designed by a non-accountant and is not fully tested. I find logic errors in the stock costing (whether FIFO or average cost) . The developer is aware of the problems but has taken no steps to correct the logic. They don't seem to care. Awful customer support.
