Bad product with bad customer care
I took Unnati plan from ePaisa way back in November. The POS has some major flaws. Multilocation and multi-user don't work. you can create n number of a user but their password remain same and anybody who knows the password can login into the main account can wreck thing. second . One cannot edit customer profile. One you have put the detail of the customer, cannot change it second the bank account linked to an ePaisa account. All the details are visible on the internet. Anybody with login id can get all your bank accounts details. thirds You will always need customer care guy to load all your inventories. The excels sheet that they have provided doesn't work. The product only functional unit is swipe machine but if you are using the android phone. The application can change any day. Theses guys don't even announce the new upgrade. Don't bother writing the email to customer support as they never read it and cannot link to your account. C5. customer support is good for nothing. Be it Vishwa Jayan, Pravin, Mohit, Venissa. Nothing gets taken care.

Hi dont go for epaisa . Use only if you using the swipe machine . Its good for 199 plan but dont go for higher plan as those features ar not available . also the security is not tight . neither they have multiloctaion or multiuser support and customer page is not editable . customer support is not responsive and best can be described leave it alone . Nobody respond on time. They will always say that they will return the call but that never happens . Second they dont have cetralized system for queries. everytime you will have to explain the same thing to different customer care .
