Bad product with bad customer care

I took the Unnati plan from ePaisa way back in November. The POS has some major flaws. Multilocation and multi-user features don't work. You can create any number of users, but their passwords remain the same, and anybody who knows the password can log into the main account and cause issues. Secondly, one cannot edit customer profiles. Once you have entered the details of a customer, you cannot change them. Additionally, the bank account linked to an ePaisa account has all its details visible on the internet. Anybody with the login ID can access all your bank account details. Thirdly, you will always need a customer care representative to load all your inventories. The Excel sheet they have provided doesn't work. The only functional unit of the product is the swipe machine, but if you are using an Android phone, the application can change any day. These guys don't even announce new upgrades. Don't bother writing emails to customer support as they never read them and cannot link them to your account. Customer support is good for nothing, be it Vishwa Jayan, Pravin, Mohit, or Venissa. Nothing gets taken care of.

not worth the money

Hi, don't go for ePaisa. Use it only if you are using the swipe machine. It's good for the 199 plan, but don't opt for higher plans as those features are not available. Also, the security is not tight. They neither have multi-location nor multi-user support, and the customer page is not editable. Customer support is not responsive and can best be described as non-existent. Nobody responds on time. They always say they will return the call, but that never happens. Additionally, they don't have a centralized system for queries. Every time, you will have to explain the same thing to different customer care representatives.

Excellent mPOS

ePaisa helped increase the efficiency of operating our shop/multiple shops. It enables us to obtain data and analysis with ease. The backend team is good at supporting any queries. I will definitely recommend using this software.

Complete Solution of POS Software

ePaisa is a web and installed-based POS (Point of Sale) software designed for small and medium-sized businesses. I have used this software for many years. It is very easy to manage. ePaisa has great features such as multi-language support, inventory management, customer management, and payment handling. I highly recommend it for all types of businesses.

Best Mobile base POS software

A simple, powerful, and multilingual mobile point of sale software. It is the best business management tool but only accessible to big box retailers. We have used ePaisa POS software for more than 2 years for our business. We are very happy to use ePaisa. ePaisa is more helpful because of its features such as cash register, inventory management, omni payments, and offline to online. I highly recommend it because ePaisa has an all-in-one solution for small to large e-retailers. Pros: I have generally found tech support to be responsive, and they have usually always helped me resolve any issues as soon as possible.
