Easily customizable as per company business requirements and deployed very quickly, ERP systems are well-structured. General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Procurement, Project Management, Costing, Payroll, and Inventory Management systems are integrated with one another, providing real-time information. It is very quick, and data can be extracted easily.

ERP is well-structured. GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, project management, costing, payroll, and inventory management systems are integrated with one another, providing us with real-time information.

It already includes maximum reports but should include more BI-enhancing tools for graphical representation.

What do you like best about ePROMIS ERP?
ePROMIS has tools for team collaboration, estimates, and projects, all of which can be easily navigated and set up to increase the ability to maximize communication, send automatic reminders, submit proposals, and secure jobs with relative ease.
What do you dislike about ePROMIS ERP?
Everything works perfectly; I wish there was a little more customization on the screens for the users.

I would say this software has made my job easier. The best part of this product is that it offers quick ways to search the bill of materials without any hassle.

The reporting system of ePROMIS is outstanding; it offers standard as well as custom reports with real-time data. We can access ePROMIS from anywhere with an internet connection. It is much easier to get around.
What do you dislike about ePROMIS ERP?
There are not many things I do not like about ePROMIS. When compared to other ERP solutions, it is the best, in my opinion!

We are getting what we expect from ERP software: a great comprehensive product with construction-specific business processes. Reports are incredibly detailed, with the ability to drill down to the details of transactions. We can easily monitor monthly actuals against budgets, and the system provides a good level of forecasting and cash-flow management.
What do you like best about ePROMIS ERP?
Fully integrated, the automated system eliminates all manual interventions, thus improving the integrity of financial information.
What do you dislike about ePROMIS ERP?
Dont have any cons now. But while moving from our old system to ePROMIS ERP, we experienced some difficulty with historical data and opening balances. The old system didn’t have data in an organized fashion.
