EQUP is a comprehensive software solution for managing a small business. It meets all the essential needs of small businesses, such as email marketing to reach new or existing customers, workflows to automate daily repetitive tasks, a checkout page to sell services online and receive payments, and a pipeline to visualize and manage the sales process. I have been using all these features for five months. Initially, my account manager helped set up everything for me; now, I rarely need his assistance.

It's been over six months since I started using EQUP for both of my businesses, and I think it's a good time to leave a review for this software. EQUP is a powerful tool that has helped me manage my trades. I am marketing my products and subscriptions, selling them, increasing my social media presence, managing the sales processes, and using EQUP. And whenever I needed help, my account manager was present every time. I recommend EQUP to business owners who run multiple businesses; it will save you time and money.

It would be great if you add a few more email templates related to different industries.

EQUP is an excellent CRM platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It provides the best balance of capabilities, features, user experience, usability, and affordability. It allows you to run campaigns through the platform to track the number of clicks, open rates, subscriptions, and spam, among other metrics. It also includes many other fantastic features, such as billing management, workflow automation, bookings and appointments, calls, SMS, and more.

Campaigns, workflows, and social media are the favorite modules of our team, which we use on a daily basis. We have been highly impressed with the customer service provided by EQUP. Their dedicated account manager has always been available to assist us whenever we needed.

Sync with Google Calendar and create events. Modified functionality on calendar.

A mobile app and two-way calendar sync would have been great. Hope they are working on it.

We particularly appreciate the platforms simple yet effective user interface. Some of the features that we use on a daily basis and find to be the most useful are the Campaign feature for email and SMS marketing, the Social Media feature for scheduling content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, the Workflow feature for automating daily repetitive tasks, and the Sales Pipeline feature for managing our sales process.

Few areas where we believe improvements could be made, particularly in the email builder
