We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.

I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console

Cheap in Price and Stable in behaviour
I have been using it for a long time every three years because it was well received by acquaintances more than 3 years ago as being light, it was cheap, and I did not compare it deeply with other security software. But in reality, I don't feel that the reliability and ease of use are very good. The phishing site was not well detected, and other companies could recognize it as phishing, but ESET did not detect it, and it took a while, and when I reported it, it incorporated it and updated the program, but on my PC and smartphone It repels with the basic browser, but when I go to the corresponding site with a different browser application, it is not protected. I thought it would be good to remove it, so I feel like I'm using it like inertia.

I spent 30 days testing ESET’s antivirus packages to see how they compare to other top antivirus packages on the market today. Overall, ESET provides a powerful anti-malware scanner, several additional security features, and an intuitive user interface for Windows, Mac, Android, and Linux users. ESET’s malware scanner is really advanced. It uses heuristics and machine learning to identify malware, and its cloud-based scanning barely slowed down my computer, even during full system scans. ESET also offers some decent extra features, like device encryption, advanced diagnostic tools, and anti-theft protection. Some of these extras are pretty good

Overall I think this is a very good product which you can use for your full computer protection. It's internet protection is very satisfying. It is providing a very good layout at the home screen. It has many antivirus engines and you can choose one with which you wish to scan.
