Wondersoft Demands money for every AMC support request

Wondersoft is just a simple PoS billing software. Its Contract copy and support policies have no details. Only document they provide is a one pager invoice with GST. Every time we approach for any support or clarifications even if we paid AMC, the support staff will ask for money. Most parameters are not configurable by end user. As a result, Customer needs to pay money in 1000s, every time he asks for support. The organization is in CMM Level0 in terms of maturity & processes, but use that to their advantage to extract money from end users. Don't go by Social media review alone. Ask a medical shop owner (& not its staff) who bought this software, he will explain his pain with this product and how much money the software sucks every year. Don't buy this software, look for alternative.

Static data cannot be loaded by end user when disk corrupts. Software cannot installed by end user. The software is primitive

Excellent Software for managing Business

The great retailing software system

I've been happily using eShopaid which has been truly a great retailing software system with very user-friendly graphical interface for quite some time now.  The whole retailing process is effortless and easy-to-learn on eShopaid. I can almost micromanage everything through this system with few clicks. I always have been a fan of accurate & track-able inventory data that can be integrated easily for further processing. This retailing software seems to provide a solution for everything my business throws at it!  I contrive anything I want at my fingertips being a manager. Making bills, inventory and all other working has become too easy with eShopaid.
