Suppose you are selling online on Amazon, etc. This software helps you manually resolve all your accounting queries, which is otherwise impossible. My account manager, Mr. Prakhar Varshney, provides me with excellent service.

The service is extremely bad. If you have any queries, they never provide a solution or call you back. They only note your complaint and then never follow up. I believe this is very poor software, even though it is offered for free. Do not purchase it at any price.

THEY SAID WE NEED TO MATCH ORDER WITH USING EXCEL LIKE IF DAILY MISSING PARCEL I MEAN IF FLIPKART TODAY 10 PARCEL RETURN AND WE RECEIVED ONLY 8 PARCEL SO EVANIK SYSTEM HAS NO ANY SYSTEM THEY SHOW US DIRECTLY THIS 2 ORDER IS MISSING. WE NEED TO MATCH DATA IN EXCEL ONE SHEET DOWNLOAD FROM LFIPKART AND EVANIC AND MATCH DUPLICATES FILTERS. SO EVANIC HAS MISSING SO MAY ITEMS AND NOT WORK ON THAT. SO NEVER PURCHASE EVANIC

I purchased the Evonik Enterprises plan on 31st March, and the company assigned me a manager on 15th April. Since then, I have faced numerous issues, such as data not being reconciled and difficulties in managing returns. The company provided me with a one-hour training session to understand the overall dashboard, which took their staff at least one to two weeks to comprehend. Neither the staff nor the support team showed any interest in resolving customer issues. If you think this software will reduce your workload, you are mistaken. It will increase your work, and the team will not support you. Therefore, I advise against buying this product, as you will likely lose your money. For further inquiries, please contact 9990575875. Pathetic service. No one is answering calls, not even senior personnel, and there are no callbacks despite trying for a month. No account manager provides service. They only take money and do not respond to any emails (sent 26 times). There is no escalation matrix, data reconciliation is not timely, and data is mismatched. FAKE PEOPLE. Do not invest your hard-earned money in this type of company and people. As per the commitment by Anjali Gupta, no recharge was required until the end of the balance, but now they are asking for a recharge. Cheaters.
