Lack of customer support

I used to like these PMS features, but they lack real customer support (fake contact form, I never received an answer). You need to have this in mind if you are planning to work with this company

Good idea (software side) but all is completely ruined by almost NON-EXISTENT customer service/support

1) Real customer service is next to non-existent. Yes, there are people on the Help Chat but it may happen that they either do not know well the product they support (yes, it also can be like that) otherwise they just forward the information to the relevant department, and since that all is gone to nowhere. You are provided with the case number (ticket) but nobody follows it (no feedback given) and you have to chase for any updates or resolutions yourself, and all you get is another case number on the previous case number. Question: what is the whole purpose of having system of case numbers - is it just to give number or to follow and update on the case distinguished by this number? 2) Communication via emails: about 99% of them get no reply. Moreover in majority of departments the staff never put name (or at least any tracking/reference number) to the emails when they send. So should you need to reply (the email address is impersonal/generic) so every time it can be picked up by completely different person who might be totally unaware of the issue and even has no way to consult any communication history due to absence of any tracking/reference number (or even name). And so you would end up drawn into the vicious circle of emails (not replied/lost/forgotten/re-forwarded/etc.). 3) Problem with billing and card debiting. Not well monitored, and you might even be charged despite company owing you (with official acknowledgement on this at your hands), or the payment is lost. And again you would enter the vicious circle of emails (see above) with your rightful attempt to have all rectified (or to at least get heard on your grounds).

Critically missing points: 1) the real customer service (where actions are taken but not promised) 2) the notion of account manager who would follow the problem until resolved since that is exactly what constitutes a real account manager

What other products like eviivo suite have you used or evaluated?

Xotelia (now acquired by Eviivo, thus customers are taken-over). Unfortunately that step (acquired by Eviivo) has completely ruined the well deserved fame and reputation of Xotelia for superb customer service which is shame to notice for many those-days clients.
