Experience Manager's functionality is just great and the overall software has been easy in order to train my staff.They have used this ivrs software for more than 4 years. It has been an efficient tool all this time and served the firm well. Experience manager provides a simple solution and it does not have any complex requirements. The routing mechanism, logic control is also good. The integration with other platforms is very solid and there have never been any issues regarding the same. If compared with other IVR systems, the reporting capabilities are much superior. It has been very easy to manage calls, voicemail , scripting and routing. The customer support has been exemplary providing easy solutions everytime my team needed their assistance. This product is definitely worth a try!
