Great and Easy Functionality software!!

Experience Manager's functionality is excellent, and the overall software has been easy to use for training my staff. They have used this IVRS software for more than 4 years. It has been an efficient tool all this time and has served the firm well. Experience Manager provides a simple solution without any complex requirements. The routing mechanism and logic control are also good. The integration with other platforms is very solid, and there have never been any issues regarding it. Compared to other IVR systems, the reporting capabilities are much superior. It has been very easy to manage calls, voicemail, scripting, and routing. The customer support has been exemplary, providing easy solutions every time my team needed assistance. This product is definitely worth a try!

This IVRS software was a real game-changer for the company. Significant call management goals can be achieved with the help of this software. The amount and quality of data that can be pulled are truly impressive, and the dispositions for some calls are incredibly useful. My team has always received more than what they expected and paid for. Call reports, features, and user interface are all seamless. It can integrate with other platforms easily, which helps generate tickets immediately after a call has been closed. The call quality is good, and there is no need for a separate Windows configuration.
