eZee Reservation - Online Booking Engine

We are very happy with the eZee Absolute online system. We have been using this reservation and booking product for the past 3 years in all our resorts and hotels, and the online option is great. Overall, this product is very easy to use and is extremely fast compared to any other eZee alternatives. This has helped improve our staff productivity and also gives us more time to look into guests' requirements and facilities, improving our customer service levels as well as customer experience. Frankly speaking, I am a user of Just Dial and Sulekha. I generally use these services in my daily routine whenever I need to book a hotel. I was totally unaware of eZee Technosys until one day my friend, a hotel management student, came to Pune and showed me eZee iMenu and the eZee hotel booking application. It's a very good application, easy to operate. You just need to use the application to get all the information about the menu and feedback system. You can highlight your special dish on a day-to-day basis. Similarly, in the hotel booking application, you can book a room or multiple rooms. I have used only these two products, and they are so good; they provide a complete solution.

We must say that eZee directors and staff are highly knowledgeable about the latest technology. They are very creative and full of innovative ideas, with even the directors directly involved in monitoring daily operations. Whether it's a small business like ours or large hotel chains, eZee strives to make your life as easy as possible. We can't thank them enough for what they have done and continue to do for us.
