All the features are excellent, and the price is a great asset. Ezee Live support is the best and has a great team available 24x7. I highly recommend them.

For using eZee configuration to make some configurations such as eZee iMenu, KDS, and for conducting some online training, I definitely think that eZee is a good hotel management software: easy to use, simple to manipulate, and customer service is very satisfactory. However, the administrator has a suggestion about the report editing in eZee back office. Here is the issue: She needs to edit the report of each department differently. Currently, the daily report for all services is edited together, but she needs it separately. Overall, the software is a success.
