I got many benefits from this software, including time-saving and data management for our hotel. It has numerous search options and many features. The reporting system is excellent for daily and yearly reports and helps us keep up with monthly taxes. It is easy to access and understand, and someone new to the system can learn it very quickly. All the features are excellent, and the price is a great asset. Ezee Live support is the best and has a great team available 24x7. I highly recommend them.

It has made the process simpler and helped reduce the extra burden mainly for the front office staff. It has helped them attend to guests more efficiently. Overall, the system is very easy to use for our staff, and eZee Frontdesk's 24/7 live support team is very helpful. Not only are they polite and professional, but they also fix any system issues by taking remote control, saving us from complications and getting the system up and running in no time.

The ease with which Niral assisted me made solving this challenge a breeze. I will never feel helpless or need to fear. Ezee has given me confidence. As first-time users of Ezee and still completing the second phase of 55 rooms, we are still configuring and understanding the benefits of Ezee, even with staff having prior experience with other PMS. I needed to configure different letters for mail, and Niral explained how it's done simply and easily. Niral showed me how the letter configuration is done in less time than it takes to panic. Thank you for giving me the understanding that if anything needs to be addressed, Ezee will be there and deliver. Kudos and thank you!

For using eZee configuration to make some configurations such as eZee iMenu, KDS, and for conducting some online training, I definitely think that eZee is a good hotel management software: easy to use, simple to manipulate, and customer service is very satisfactory. However, the administrator has a suggestion about the report editing in eZee back office. Here is the issue: She needs to edit the report of each department differently. Currently, the daily report for all services is edited together, but she needs it separately. Overall, the software is a success.
