Excellent Software
This is a full functionality software for small to medium size service company. It is designed for teams that manage equipments and do a bit more than just basic job scheduling. Almost every thing be it recurring jobs, inventory management, multi-branch operation, team management, client portal, sales management etc are available. There are many low end software in the market that are mainly designed for simple scheduling jobs for windows cleaners and lawn maintenance etc., and lack advanced features. Field Force Tracker is definitely not for that market because it has so many features even in its minimum setting. We run a team of 30+ people and need robust features in a very busy office. We like its advanced inventory management and ability to move around jobs quickly. We also make great use of team assignments, contracts and recurring jobs and preventive maintenance scheduling features, It is easy to use and the company is willing to work with us on many small changes that we requested. We moved from a big company software where we were paying three times more. Moving to Field Force Tracker is the best decision that we made. We can definitely recommend this to you.

Excellent Software for a Service Comapny
There are many software in the market, and we evaluated several field service software and chose this. We have been using Field Force Tracker for the last 3 years with our team of 15 techs and 4 schedulers/ call handlers. We can say that we have been very happy. Over the years the software development team has done an excellent job in adding numerous features. The company is very receptive to user suggestions and any support requests. At this point, this is the best software for managing a busy service department with complex requirements. This provides many features that we didn't see on any software even at several time the price. The price is moderate, and they have choices of many optional modules that you can select to manage your sales too. We only use some of these modules. Mobile apps are good and very stable with lots of features. We definitely recommend it if you have a need of migrating too a full featured software.
