The largest benefit is the visibility and accuracy of the data. About e-ticketing: automatic full response, worry-free ticket process, that makes Fieldaware a good partner for business, comes with a friendly interface, good interaction with personnel and invoice. Moved all paper operations to electronic which speeds up time to cash as well as decreases back-end processing.
