We tried a few tools before, but FieldPie is the first one that actually stuck. My team isn’t super techy, but they picked it up fast. I like that I can check how visits went even while I’m on the move.

layout options for the photo reports would be good

Before this, I was constantly texting the team for updates. Now I open the app and everything’s there: photos, checklists, time logs. It's saved me hours, truly.

What do you like best about FieldPie?

Before using it, I used to spend so much time constantly texting and calling the team just to get basic updates. It was exhausting trying to keep track of everything manually.

What do you dislike about FieldPie?

The only thing is that I wish there were layout options for the photo reports. It would help a lot with internal presentations.

If I’m being honest, the app froze on me a couple of times during updates. They fixed it pretty fast.

I've been using FieldPie daily for about six months now. What I like is that I don't have to carry around a million papers or call the office every time I finish a job. I just snap a photo, log my notes, and I'm done.

What do you like best about FieldPie?

Ive been using FieldPie daily for about six months now. What I like is that I dont have to carry around a million papers or call the office every time I finish a job. I just snap a photo, log my notes, and Im done.

What do you dislike about FieldPie?

The app froze on me a couple of times during updates, which was pretty frustrating because I had to restart it more than once and ended up losing some progress each time.

Check visits, notes, photos. It’s made a huge difference

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but FieldPie honestly surprised me. I manage a pretty scattered team, and having one place where I can check visits, notes, and photos has made a huge difference. I especially like how fast it syncs when people submit reports.

That said, I’ve had a few hiccups with the location tagging. Sometimes it pins the wrong place if the signal is weak. Not a dealbreaker, just something we learned to double-check.
