Finacle Version 10 is very complicated to use. The user interface is clumsy, and system crashes are a regular issue. The system executes commands multiple times. Patches contain bugs, and INFOSYS customer support is horrible.

Very complex menus. No help or support provided. Almost all options are hidden, and you need to dig hard to get familiarized with this software. Still, there are no market competitors. Plenty of hidden features are available.
