Powerful Agile project and issue tracker

I work as a developer, and we have a big team, so it's essential to build an internal workflow and communicate with exter. Al departments. Since Flowlu is all-in-one software, it's handy to manage all your activities in one place. Before using Flowlu, we had to use different apps for different purposes, and it was not time-saving to constantly switch between tabs and pages. But what I like the most is an Agile module. Flowlu recently added integrations with GitLab and Bitbucket, and it became even easier to track issues on Flowlu because you can automatically upload information for other services for developers. I also like that Flowlu is fully customizable; you can build your workflows and organize the Kanban board to match your needs. Since the whole company uses Flowlu, we can easily communicate and work on a single project with other departments, such as designers or marketing.

Affordable and user-friendly solution for CRM beginners

I bought Flowlu to manage my cleansing business CRM. It was my first experience with such software, so I started with a free subscription because I didn’t want to spend money on an application that didn’t work. A free subscription has all the basics, and it’s enough to manage small companies, but then we switched to the team subscription because we have a whole team that needs to work with Flowlu. The subscription is affordable, and we don’t need to pay per user. We primarily use just a CRM module and accounting as well. They’re both connected to themselves so that you can link invoices and crm accounts and even observe the cash flow of each client. Automations are very useful because we don’t have a bookkeeper, and our CEO and managers do all that accounting. Flowlu saved lots of time on recurring invoices and estimates. We've worked in Flowlu for more than two years; it was a long path, and they improved greatly, so I'm happy that we use such software. Thanks, Flowlu team :)

I like its automations and a CRM module. The best solution for travel agents like me

I tried many different CRMs before Flowlu because it's not so well-known. I tried Zoho and Pipedrive first, which are too complicated regarding travel management. I was a CRM newbie, so I tried to find something more user-friendly and low-costed simultaneously. I've discovered Flowlu on Youtube and decided to start with a 14-day trial. And I was impressed with how it was easy to set everything up. Even if a dummy like me adjusted all integrations and automations in a few days, it was about a few weeks with other CRMs. I also need to store my clients and information about them, schedule meetings, and keep things like flight tickets and something in one place, so Flowlu is a good solution if you're looking for comprehensive data storage; there is also a click-to-call feature, and it's convenient for me as a travel agent. There are more features, but I mostly use CRM and invoicing to receive online payments.

My first CRM experience

I need a CRM to manage my regular clients and save their contacts and other information to send discounts, promotions, and follow-ups. In Flowlu, I can store unlimited data in the CRM module, and I like the additional fields feature because sometimes I need to add some extra content. Glad that the integrations are working correctly because it was vital for me to integrate my Gmail and Calendar with Flowlu. I'm not really into coding things, but Flowlu has many alralready-implementedtegrations that you can adjust in a few clicks, so it was easy. Flowlu interface is intuitive even for me, but if you can't find something, you can always look through knowledge base articles. But what I like the most is automations. They're easy to set up and help build strong relationships with clients because, with automations, you'll never forget to send invoices or emails.

Good software for team communication

I'm a new hire in the marketing department, and it's my first time using CRM software. It was a bit complicated to figure everything out for the first few weeks, but it became more accessible, and now I don't feel any problems with Flowlu. In most cases, I use Flowlu for team collaboration and task/project management. We use an Agile module for managing our projects. I like that there is a Kanban board. It came out to be a convenient solution for task tracking. And I enjoy that my efforts are estimated in story points. It was my first time working with Scrum and Agile, but Flowlu made it easy to understand. I also use team chat to communicate with people from other departments. And the feature with task creation for people related to another project is a must-have, as I need to communicate with designers.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

The best module is an Agile one. Never tried any flexible methodology before, but I was really impressed with Flowlu. Really like its Kanban board and Agile features such as sprints, story points and backlog. Idk how long I'm going to stay in this company, but I'll continue to use Flowlu anyway.

Customization is good, but I'd like to see more.

Intuitive and easy to set up

As I’m new in this CRM, I looked for something that is easy to implement and doesn’t require coding skills. That’s how I met Flowlu. It took me a few days to set it up and integrate it with Google Calendar and Gmail. I was a bit nervous because of integrations, but thanks to Flowlu's knowledge base, I managed to sync everything without problems. I mostly use CRM and Finance modules, but I can’t wait to run Agile projects because I’m curious about what this module has for project management. For now, I track my projects through an average project module, but it has all the essentials, and you can dive deeply into project analytics. I like that the interface is intuitive, so I referred to the knowledge base only a few times when I had to implement some integrations, but in other cases, I can find everything on my own. The support team responded quickly; they helped me to solve a problem with an email sync in a few minutes. Moreover, Flowlu is much more affordable than other CRMs, because I glanced at the pricing of other CRM apps before and was shocked a little. I started with a free trial of Flowlu, then to the free subscription, but now I’m using the team subscription.

I like that Flowlu is not focusing on one module

I started to look for an all-in-one CRM solution a few months ago when my team started to work remotely because COVID-19 had returned. As it was necessary to manage not only sales but also tasks, projects, accounting, and other regular activities, finding software that consists of all such modules was vital. It was pretty easy to implement, and the support team helped me with settings, so it took a week to figure everything out. In my opinion, the most helpful feature is automations. As nobody wants to focus on tedious to-dos, there are automations rules for almost any activity. For example, I enjoy email automations because my job requires regular emails. But as I’m using templates and automations, it saves me lots of time and effort. Pros It’s the best automations I’ve ever seen! Thanks for saving my time. It means a lot to me. Communication tools are powerful, too, because all projects, tasks, knowledge base articles, and invoices are supported with comment sections, so I can communicate with my team right in Flowlu and stop switching between pages. Cons When I started to use Flowlu, the mobile app was quite useless and old-fashioned, but they updated it recently, so I’m delighted.

Knowledge Management solution that turned to the best CRM

I had been searching for a Knowledge Management tool because the CRM I used before Flowlu didn’t support such a feature. I found a post about Knowledge Bases on the Flowlu Facebook page and decided to give it a chance with a free trial, and I fell in love with Flowlu just in 2 weeks! I mean that Flowlu has everything that I need, not just knowledge management. I moved entirely to Flowlu in a month because I was impressed with the pricing and comprehensive features. My previous CRM supported just the customer management feature, but now I can manage my tasks and finances with Flowlu because it’s not just a CRM but a whole ERP. Thanks to the knowledge base, it was easy for my team to move to Flowlu because I created specific onboarding articles for my employees to get to know Flowlu better. Now I use the Knowledge base not just for onboarding but also for keeping all knowledge of my employees in one place and supporting my customers.

Best CRM software ever!

I run my clinic and have been searching for an excellent system to manage my team and clients. I’ve found Flowlu on Facebook and noticed that the community is alive. There are lots of updates, guides, and cases. Moreover, admins are always in touch with the community, and I decided to try it for free first. My first successful CRM experience

Flowlu has everything that we need, and they're still adding new features. Thanks to the comprehensive knowledge base and support team, it was easy to implement it into the workflow. They helped us a lot. We've tried some CRMs before, but it was tough to make them work together with our team, so we almost gave up on CRMs, but then I found the Flowlu page on Facebook. pretty good

Many software out there focuses on one or two things - eg. task management, or mind mapping, or calendaring, notes etc. Flowlu has many of these tools in a single relatively user friendly package. Their roadmap look promising, and if they continue to work on this, I think it has potential to be among the best all-in-one tool for business and productivity in general.
