Really easy to learn and use

Focus Reports can be drilled down to the voucher level but in Microsoft Navision product it cannot be done.

Excellent Support & Implementation
Overall, it's a very good ERP. Customer service is quick and patient in solving issues. I like the dedicated support option, where we have a dedicated person, so we don't need to explain everything every time we contact them.

This is the perfect software for managing your business needs in an all-in-one place. We have been using the product for two years; it is a very good and vast product with endless modules.

Good Features, Good 3rd party Integration and customer support
It's really good. I recommend it to everyone. They have many modules, and we don't need to take every module. I really like the customer service they provide and the fast implementation. Focus 9 has industry-ready templates that are ready to implement for our business requirements.

The customer support team will explain the best software for you according to your budget and assist with installation as well.
