Clean and organised CMS platform

Forbinary offers everything a Customer Support team could need: status for any tickets, extensive statistics, customer segmentation based on organizations, multiple support teams, etc. Forbinary is easy to implement and get started with. I like how easy it is to communicate with customers and the support team on the same platform. Forbinary helps us organize tickets and respond quickly. It's nice to receive all customer requests in one place rather than getting numerous client emails. Managing customer service is easy and time-saving. Also, the reporting area is one of the best we have ever encountered.
