Fotor is one of the best alternatives to Adobe Photoshop. It has more filters and lighting effects than Photoshop. The one thing I like most about Fotor is that it is free to use for basic photo editing. You can upgrade as per your requirements. The one thing I wish Fotor had is an object-cutting feature. I highly recommend Fotor for your basic photo editing needs as a beginner.
