I must say that hotel management was never so easy and client-oriented. We are in awe of its ability to handle entire operation with ease and accuracy. Its multi-property support system is an added advantage which is not present in other contemporary software. But they lack when it comes to training part as training session is pretty short.

Very cost-effective and end-user friendly software
Front Desk is a great help to streamline entire property and hotel operations. We are using it since its inception and find it very useful. However, they need to improve the user interface of the app support system. The features in-app is not that appealing. Plus, few are hard to understand as well. Other than that, it is working fine for our organization. Its in-built messaging system helps us to keep our guest about latest deals and other details.
