Provides all-inclusive solutions

I must say that hotel management has never been so easy and client-oriented. We are in awe of its ability to handle the entire operation with ease and accuracy. Its multi-property support system is an added advantage not present in other contemporary software. However, they fall short when it comes to training, as the training session is quite brief.

Very cost-effective and end-user friendly software

Front Desk is a great help in streamlining the entire property and hotel operations. We have been using it since its inception and find it very useful. However, they need to improve the user interface of the app support system. The in-app features are not that appealing, and a few are hard to understand as well. Other than that, it is working fine for our organization. Its in-built messaging system helps us keep our guests informed about the latest deals and other details.
