Evenforce’s GetAFix, an Enterprise Automobile Garage Management Solution, is SaaS based and hence reduces the lead time to setup. It is hosted on the Google Cloud and comes with multiple layers of security. Access to data is provided thru Role based permission and privileges which uses a login mechanism.
- On-boarding time reduced from approximately 10-15 mins to 2-3 mins
- Estimate generation on-line and the estimate sent to the customer thru Whatsapp, sms/text-messaging and email
- Job card created automatically post the estimation completion
- Ability to request for spares using a kiosk. This reduces the overall wait time for individual mechanics
- Spare parts issue thru the system
- Customer Confirmation of any additional excess vs the original estimate
