Not really. So far, Ginesys POS has all the features I need for regular billing, inventory, GST, and store operations. I haven’t felt that any major feature is missing.

Ginesys expanded along with our business, but over the past year, we've begun to worry that it may not be able to handle large-scale operations. Overall, this system has the basic features that enable organization-wide use.

Customer support is very good. Software is easy to use, very simple, and user-friendly also.
What do you dislike about Ginesys POS?
Third-party integration is not available and is a little pricey for startup/medium-range companies. Also, a free trial should be made available for new users.

Ginesys is excellent billing software. It helps significantly in planning our bills. It is a good Retail ERP solution because it facilitates the entire process of our business, from manufacturing to retail. They have really helped us solve a number of operational challenges.
