GoDaddy is a very well-known domain name and hosting service provider. Almost all types of domain names and hosting services can be found here. I had a really good experience with them. For the first year, I got my domain name for a very cheap price, but the renewal was a little costly.

What do you like best about GoDaddy?
There are great, awesome features in the GoDaddy software. What stands out the most to me is the excellent amount of control we can have over our website, and the customer service is very efficient. We are in control of our website; we can change whatever we want and leave it to our liking without having to wait for someone else to do it for us. The customer service is always available to help us. Excellent products like hosting, domains, and many benefits. The GoDaddy software is efficient and very easy to use. The setup is very simple, and we can start using it without any complexities. I figured out how to do everything I needed to do without any problems very quickly. Overall, I was very impressed and excited about the GoDaddy software.
What do you dislike about GoDaddy?
I definitely dont see anything yet that should be improved or added. With the experience I have with the GoDaddy software, I like all the existing features. In addition, the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I've used many other software in the past one of which was the wix software but I found none of them offered the comprehensive set of features and customer service that I received with the GoDaddy software.

For example, the ability to easily change the font and size of text. I would also like to see more options in this feature.

To be honest, domains and hosting are becoming quite expensive these days on GoDaddy. No deals have been seen even after the whole year has passed. It does not even have special features to justify the high cost. I would recommend BigRock for beginners as it is cheaper and has similar features.

GoDaddy does not have as such of missing features in its website, but it has some missing features overall which include: the invoice shows their US GSTIN instead of the Indian one. Also, the exact prices of services can not be determined on the product page, because of the additional taxes and discounts due to longer tenures, which only show up when added to the cart for checkout.

Namecheap, Hostinger, are some of the other similar platforms I've used and give a tough competition in terms of the product offering, refund policies, and customer support. So the appropriate platform can be chosen according to the needs.

GoDaddy is better than its competitors in terms of the wide product array, and the omnichannel support it offers for the customers. GoDaddy also offers additional discounts and offers and keeps the pricing low and dynamic for products like email, or Office 365.
