It greatly improves the bookkeeping process, making it faster and more precise. It also ensures that your stock orders are based on historical data, eliminating any guesswork. If the stock numbers dip, your POS software will create and send orders to your preferred suppliers.

I have been using this software for the last two years. Initially, it was exemplary and able to handle the database. However, as time passed and the database size increased, the software became unable to handle the load.

I purchased this software based solely on the promised service, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any benefit. The software isn't user-friendly, so we require help in emergencies. However, despite the commitment to service, no assistance was provided when needed. We cannot rely on it as our daily schedule gets disrupted due to the lack of benefits. In an emergency, I had to buy another software by the end of March. I called them several times but got no response. Do not purchase this software due to its lack of user-friendliness and poor service.

Great payment tool. Easily customized to fit buyer and seller demands. Best in inventory tracking and management. All features work great, though customer support response needs improvement for quicker replies; sometimes it takes a lot of time to get a response after raising an issue with the support team.

I expected some challenges in support as we were based in a tier 3 city, but Rejag Technologies provided us with excellent support and training. The software is really good and offers outstanding support.

GoFrugal support is very user-friendly, and the WhatsNow mobile app helps me track business activities throughout the day. They provide the WhatsNow app as a complimentary service. Through the myGoFrugal mobile app, I can easily track my pending tickets and communicate with GoFrugal.

I like the relative simplicity of GoFrugal and its products. GoFrugal allows a small business owner like myself to create a full catalog of products, track inventories, and easily accept payments. This is a great alternative to more expensive and limited bank-run merchant solutions. For my business, the main problem solved with GoFrugal is payment processing. Being able to accept credit and interact with new customers, I'm able to provide my customers with options. It really is a professional service that makes it so much easier for my customers. GoFrugal is also very affordable and great for managing your inventory, sales, tax, warehouse, stock, discounts, payment processing, store credits, profitability, and more, all in one program.

On multiple occasions, either when leaving our retail store or when issues in the store have prevented our primary system from working, GoFrugal has come to the rescue, allowing us to continue processing transactions and maintaining business as usual. What I love most about GoFrugal is that they are constantly improving their product and have a very user-friendly dashboard with pertinent information for the user. From sales to inventory to barcode scanning, credit card payment processing, tax, and discount management, they have thought about almost everything you might need to run a small or medium-sized business.

I have been using Gofrugal since 2013. For the past four years, I have been experiencing 24/7 support at all times. It is easy to use with more add-ons, and the A to Z process of my business can be automated. I can track anything with the WhatsNow app. There are more features available in the software than I actually use, which can get complicated.
