Excellent Product

Great Functions CRM Software

We are into travel business and have been awed by the great functions provided by the Happy Fox CRM. Some of the notable and extremely useful functions are email ticketing; customer forums where they can share their trip details and experiences; the satisfaction survey feature that allows us to know the customer preferences. Best CRM Product

We have used the HappyFox CRM for a while now and have been impressed from Day 1. We have been able to improve our response time, and have been able to automate the ticket assignment to the correct staff. We have been using their ‘Mighty’ package and have been quite happy with the functions provided.

Excellent Services

When we were selecting our helpdesk software earlier this year, we tried to find the most reputed ones in the market. The PCMag Editor’s choice had selected HappyFox as number one so we enrolled for a free trial. There has been no looking back since. The software is very well designed and laid out and has helped us a lot in improving our customer service and support response time. We are not considering any other CRM, ever!

HappyFox Good and Bad Site of vision

This is a powerful solution for small business.You can manage Users logging onto the platform and also reset password.You can track all tickets logged by one user. But one thing i dislike is there is no reminder option and it will slow down some time if the no of contacts are more than about 1000.

Nice and easy to use software. Loving it.

Lots of features and customizations. Makes handling support issues a lot easier. Helped us in many ways: 1) Remove the clutter of the company mail box. 2) Queries are assigned to the right categories ( support , sales, marketing ) 3) Escalation notification has helped us to be on top of urgent queries that needs attention.

Efficient, Friendly and Speedy Support

The Fact that i can manage users logging onto the platform and reset passwords, have a track record of all tickets logged by one user. The dashboard to me is tops, it has the most valuable information. I also love the reporting very much as one can create custom reports to meat liking.I dislike the fact that there are no reminders setup to remind administrators of critical tickets. As day goes by more and more tickets are logged, some awaiting confirmation from third parties. Should one forget about these type reports, a huge back log arises. I also dislike the manner in which the the admin accounts are setup, as i can not have multiple administrators managing tickets using different log in credentials. But i guess these are drawbacks of the Demo version. Lastly, i hate the fact that the knowledge base does not build itself. It is a bit difficult to establish a knowledge base especially for a small business if you do not remember or keep track of tickets with the same issues.
