We are in the travel business and have been impressed by the great functions provided by Happy Fox CRM. Some of the notable and extremely useful functions are email ticketing, customer forums where they can share their trip details and experiences, and the satisfaction survey feature that allows us to understand customer preferences. We highly recommend Happy Fox for all travel-related businesses out there!

We have used the HappyFox CRM for a while now and have been impressed from day one. We have been able to improve our response time and automate the ticket assignment to the correct staff. We have been using their 'Mighty' package and have been quite happy with the functions provided.

When we were selecting our helpdesk software earlier this year, we tried to find the most reputable ones in the market. The PCMag Editor’s Choice had selected HappyFox as number one, so we enrolled for a free trial. There has been no looking back since. The software is very well designed and laid out, and it has helped us significantly improve our customer service and support response time. We are not considering any other CRM, ever!

This is a powerful solution for small businesses. You can manage users logging onto the platform and also reset passwords. You can track all tickets logged by one user. However, one thing I dislike is that there is no reminder option, and it will slow down sometimes if the number of contacts exceeds about 1000.

Lots of features and customizations make handling support issues much easier. It has helped us in many ways: 1) Removing the clutter from the company mailbox. 2) Assigning queries to the right categories (support, sales, marketing). 3) Escalation notifications have helped us stay on top of urgent queries that need attention.

The fact that I can manage users logging onto the platform and reset passwords, and have a track record of all tickets logged by one user, is very beneficial. The dashboard is excellent; it contains the most valuable information. I also love the reporting feature, as one can create custom reports to meet their preferences. I dislike that there are no reminders set up to alert administrators of critical tickets. As days go by, more and more tickets are logged, some awaiting confirmation from third parties. If one forgets about these types of reports, a huge backlog arises. I also dislike the manner in which the admin accounts are set up, as I cannot have multiple administrators managing tickets using different login credentials. However, I guess these are drawbacks of the demo version. Lastly, I dislike that the knowledge base does not build itself. It is a bit difficult to establish a knowledge base, especially for a small business, if you do not remember or keep track of tickets with the same issues.
