One Two Three Sign!
We've been using Hellosign for over 4 years now and its been so seamless and easy to use. Its extremely user-friendly keeping in mind we have team members who aren't great with tech and even they didn't have any issues working with Hellosign.

Inability to add more than 5 templates. In order to get more we need to upgrade to a custom subscription package.

Not a very good tool
Service has been good. They do respond back to queries in time. For the same features, there are many other tools which are cheaper. In regulated environment, this tool is of no use. Had it been compliant to e-records regulations, it would have been a great tool
