Support I can count on
I have found HelmBot to be easy for me - and more importantly my customers - to use. I am able to make changes quickly and easily. Any tech problems I have had quick and through follow up in resolving - even when it was a system change that I personally didn't like - It was changed back! Pricing is very competitive for our industry.

HelmBot pricing does not nickle and dime you. My previous software was very complicated, price increases with service decreases and clients couldn't use.

Nothing compares.
This software rises above all others when it comes to making things flow smoothly. Our team has great communication within the system and the software leaves little room for error. It’s amazing simple to train new staff as the system just makes sense on navigating. We’ve also been able to predict issues ahead of time with the room metrics stored in one location and notifications when things are not in desired ranges. The online booking has been praised by our customers with its easy to use platform. We’ve also eliminated the tedious inventory tracking and are aware at all times the levels we have of products both retail and supplies. Notifications are issued based on our previous orders and can be linked to our usage in real time. Tasks that are based on usage can be tracked to keep our water looking pristine and lowering waste and lost time. Timesheets are incredibly accurate for both staff and therapists with detailed breakdowns as needed. The analytics for finding trends and breaking down details are incredible and have helped us fine tune our approach. The best thing about this software is they are aggressive in perfecting it to growing needs and it really shows that they understand the industry as well as their clients. We’ve been with this company for five years and I believe we’ve only had one issue of it going offline for a few hours. The system helps us maintain a great relationship with our clients as it has a great CRM system that not only does notes but tracks purchases and referrals - this info alone lets us help our clients and find tends that work for them. At this point even if competition paid us to switch we would decline the offer. This software hands down has been one of the best decisions made in our business.

Simplified multiple guests per room which is currently being worked on. The help team found a way to achieve it but it’s going to be awhile before it’s a function online.
What other products like HelmBot have you used or evaluated?
We’ve had several platforms wanting to make the switch but none offered even half of the features. Many other platforms seem stagnant while these guys are rushing to develop more tools.
How HelmBot is better/different from its competitors?
It’s custom to our industry and understands the growing needs to cover not only the float side but the additional services many centers also offer. Their customer service is practically flawless and very resourceful when trying to solve problems.
