Very nice and top Service

Really love the platform, you have everything live chat, auto message, mail, easy integration with wordpress you also have popup which is very good and smooth. There is always someone to help you if you have a problem.

Excellent platform and support

Excellent platform and customer service. The platform is very robust and complete. I am using all the features and so far I have had no problem. It is possible to answer via chat and to trigger automated messages. They also provide a HelpDesk area. Support is very good. Super attentive and quick. They cleared all my doubts. I highly recommend it as a customer service tool. I recommend!

An affordable alternative to Intercom

Better value that LiveChat especially if you want more customization

Very pleased. The system works well, the interface is nice and clean, customer service has been responsive so far although we've not really had any problems for them to solve, other than putting together a custom package. In addition, I actually prefer the clean and simple look and feel of the HelpCrunch widget and find the admin interface cleaner and easier to use too. In our organisation, we would choose to set up 6 users but only 3 would be logged in, the other users are just set up to provide cover. If this scenario could be covered by 3 licenses that would save even more money. HelpCrunch did suggest enabling and disabling users but that's just not practical on a daily basis.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch?

The 'premium' version of HelpCrunch has all the features I wanted, particularly around customizable widgets for different domains. The same features on LiveChat were double the price which I just couldn't justify.

What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?

Would prefer if pricing was per active user (so, a 3 user license meant 3 active users) rather than the pricing being based on how many users have been configured.

Great product with great support.

This is a much better product at a better price than our previous live chat solution. What issues we faced when setting up, were easily solved by the great support team at Help Crunch. Their customer service we received when trialing the software was second to none. They were quick to respond with help to all our questions, be that with simply instructions on using the software, integrating the SDK in to our Apps, adding features or providing bug fixes.
