Thanks, team, for the support! Keep up the good work, and I hope to see you give some proper competition to Intercom. I'm excited to see your company grow and help smaller companies like us with cost-efficient products. This led us to test out Helpcrunch, and we've been super happy with the customer support and the direction the product is going. They are constantly adding new features and taking our feedback on board.
What do you like best about HelpCrunch?
As a small startup, we evaluated a lot of software. While Intercom is a common choice, its pricing model was not suitable for us, as we have many users on free trials and Intercom charges per contact.
What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?
There are some minor features we would like to see, as we are mostly using the product for onboarding customers. One is being able to send push notifications instead of emails; we are a mobile-first product, so that would be awesome.

Really love the platform. You have everything: live chat, auto messages, mail, easy integration with WordPress, and even a smooth and effective popup feature. There is always someone available to help if you have a problem.
