A very reliable detection, reporting and resolution of a problem
Currently, I am using the web version of the helpdesk. The features are very well designed keeping ticketing in mind. The web tool is an excellent solution to manage to bill and invoicing. I am looking forward to using the contract management feature soon. It is an affordable and much-required ticketing solution.
