Horrible
I have been using, or rather struggling with, this software for the last 2 years. Nothing has been delivered as promised. This is the worst software I have ever worked with.

Worst... Horrible..
Very poor software. All the reports generated are faulty. Never consider installing this software. Even the company personnel don't know how to fetch reports. Overall, very bad.

Easy to use and and great after sale technical support
After reviewing many vendors' product demos, we chose HISTree. They provide all the modules required for the smooth and efficient functioning of our facility. The best thing about the product is its user-friendliness. Additionally, their after-sales support is the best we have encountered so far.
