During the product selling time, they offered no yearly charges for support. After the initial years, they will charge more than 3500/- yearly. The software is very slow and overall very bad.

Worst ERP software. They do not have the proper functionality required for an ERP system. Their customer service is pathetic. While acquiring this software, we had a discussion with a person named Govind. Nowadays, when we face issues, he does not receive our calls. We acquired this software in June, and today is February, yet we are unable to use it. They can't understand Hindi or English. After 9 months, they are saying they don't have this option or that option. They don't even have a proper ledger option. Their synchronization system with our portal is pathetic. My suggestion is that no one should buy this software. It is a total waste of money. We are currently searching for another software.

I'm very happy with this software. It's super fast and easy to use. Moreover, it's cost-effective, friendly, and easy. I will definitely recommend this to everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience. I've been using this for almost a year with no complaints so far. I hope it remains the same in the near future too.

Very useful product with features such as Auto Backup, Sales and Purchase Invoicing, Multiple Price Lists, etc. It has the capability for multilevel classification of items, credit and debit note management, receivables and payables, and dispatch processes.

We have used it in our mobile and electronics shop for billing and GST returns. Everything you need is included in one package. I am completely satisfied with it.
