Beyond expectations.
The Tech Team must be 'Saints.' The speed with which they addressed the ongoing problem I was having with a WordPress Theme Contact Page that was originally not sending anything. The SMTP test page is working fine, but anything from the actual contact form immediately goes into spam. The conclusion was to restore theme from the full back. I know that these guys know their stuff and have worked on this problem beyond expectations.

Very stable hosting.
Great work by Hostwinds. Now as for Pricing, it's not bad - very stable, and the only time my network or website is down is when I do a shell reboot through Putty access when configuring the server. Great prices and package deals
I've been with Hostwinds for about eight months, and it has been perfect. I have never witnessed a second of downtime, my websites load with blazing fast speed, and their customer service isn't bad. As long as you set your payments to them to be automated (I had seen people have problems with their billing issues) and your not going to flood them with support questions (I have submitted up to 2 a day for about a week straight at one time due to my fault and received nothing but polite, well spoken, helpful answers).

I've never had better support anywhere else.

Impressive speed and cool features.
I've been a customer since 2022. I don't know about you, but Hostwinds VPS Host has been my partner in keeping my websites in excellent status for six months. Professional hosting for Blogging
Having purchased, the service has been excellent: transfer of domain didn't go smoothly, but Hostwinds diagnosed the problem so I could resolve it with the previous host. A breath of fresh air. The site runs the PHP scripts I need, is half the price, and is much faster than my previous host.

Domain management has been very good!

Good Ecommerce web host!
I recommend Hostwinds eCommerce hosting, hands down. At the same time, the prices may be a little higher than other shared hosts, but the extremely high service quality is worth every penny you spend. The pricing is a bit on the high side, but it's a value for the money. At times, they have been on with me for over half an hour until we solved the problem.

They deserve all the praise and if possible a nice raise!
I cannot use enough adjectives to express how excellent the Hostwinds live chat reps are! In an era of passing the buck - ignoring requests for help - sitting on hold for hours only to be greeted by a sourpuss who is upset they got up in the morning and lets you know it - the Hostwinds team was fast, diligent, polite, professional, and caring. Despite the virus and the fear - these young techs answered my most unreasonable requests with a "sure, we can do that" attitude. So rare - they deserve all the praise and, if possible, a nice raise!

Hostwinds passes on great savings!

They have never laid me down.
I have been using Hostwinds for more than a year, and they have never laid me down.
