Hotel Link is continually innovating and improving the service without increasing fees on an ongoing basis. The platform features an excellent channel manager with numerous connections and a secure booking engine for accommodation providers of all sizes. Additionally, the front desk module is ideal for small properties that don't need a full PMS.

The Front desk is only suitable for smaller operators, if you need a full PMS, then you may need to plug in another solution. Room Master is integrated though so that's a great solution.

The system is best for small hotels, but for bigger hotels that are willing to pay millions for a complicated service, this is not for them. It would be good to add more features to make it more competitive with more well-known brands.
