Great product, great support !
Visually, the look and layout are very simple and chic. It's eye-catching. It is fairly easy to use and intuitive. Excellent customer service, by the way, and focused on improving the software according to market trends. Cloud-based - The cloud version makes it possible for me to manage my business on the go. Integration with sales channels. Whoever made the product does have an understanding of user interface.

Hotel Runner ensures that my hotel runs perfectly
The best thing about HotelRunner is that it is very user-friendly. If you are looking for a tool to schedule employees, HotelRunner will fit your needs. There are many pros to HotelRunner, such as ease of use by the administrator and employees. It's great if you have employees that are always hoping to pick up extra shifts. It lists all company documents and employee phone numbers, and I love the fact that it texts me with any schedule changes immediately. It helps with easy communication. Smart interactive software that helps me manage my business and save labor.

HotelRunner does the job well. Its great and easy Booking Engine and Channel manager.
I constantly tried to manage my booking grid, Expedia, and all others, hoping I wouldn't double book or miss something. Overall, the process became stressful! HotelRunner has saved me from a headache. The whole process of dealing with their staff has been great; they are very quick. I was able to implement Channel Manager without issues. The customer service from all the staff has been amazing. In particular, Akash has been so informative, supportive, and helpful, all with wonderful enthusiasm. I'd really like to thank the HotelRunner team!
