HR Chronicle is very good software. It is comprehensive in terms of HR and payroll data. Generally user-friendly. The tech support is excellent. HR Chronicle is great software and is recommendable.
What do you dislike about HR Chronicle?
As per the individual account, updating the data of the user is quite tasking because you need to save and send for approval each field in your profile. Plus, if 20 users update their profiles with more than 5 fields each, it will be more than 100 requests.

My overall experience is good. I recommend this to other HRs in the Middle East. Whenever I am stuck, I dial the toll-free number, and they are always available to assist me. No long wait, no call transfer; they provide direct support.

It is easy to use and has helped with the processing of payroll. Calculations are accurate. Centralization of information for geographically dispersed members of personnel, centralized payroll processing, visa, passport, contract renewals, managing probation periods, asset management, leave management, and self-service access for requests from staff.

The system is easy to use from an administrators viewpoint. There are a lot of options to help with bulk data entry. The dashboard is well-designed and self-explanatory.

Report and Analytics could be improved - not always possible to get the information or tailor 100%, although the team tries to help when required.
