Walk us through the inception of HR One.

The underlying idea behind the inception of HR-One stemmed from our SAP Business One customers who were looking for a payroll software solution. We realized the need was immediate as there was no payroll software at that time that can mitigate their ongoing payroll concerns.  Further, the meticulous, manual and cumbersome processes were adding the complexity.

So, this led to the idea of conceiving a solution that will work as an agent of change and help in revolutionizing the HR Industry. Hence, it was born which is now an end-to-end HR automation software which is used across 18+ industry verticals by over 2,00,000+ users.

The HR market has expanded substantially over the last 10 to 15 years. When was your first entry into the market and how you have been able to carve out a successful niche through HR One?

Our first entry dates back to 2010 when there were no major players in the HR market. Some of the key pointers that make HR-One stand apart has to be our easy product adoption that any user can use it without any hiccups. I’d say most of the amazing HR products fall short owing to its user-adoption shortcoming.

Time is key. And, we all are a little impatient to see results faster. Realizing the need of the hour, we’ve defined our implementation methodology in such a manner where we can implement HR-One in your business in just a matter of few days.

Although it’s difficult to define our secret sauce of success as there is a mix bag of recipes such as hard work, dedication, persistence, innovation, zeal, teamwork and other elements attached to it. But, if we have to rest our choice on one secret ingredient, it has to be our unwavering customer support.

This Software is a complete package of Recruitment , Payrolling and CRM . It have user friendly which makes it different from Naukri and Other portal.There are so many App and Website .But we c'nt Compare This extra ordinary HR One.

I’ve been using this software ever since I joined the company. It helps me in saving a lot of time as I can raise a ticket to any department at the comfort of my desk. ESS portal is user-friendly and helps me keep connected with all the whereabouts and knowhows of my company. It daily updates the birthdays, anniversaries, new joinings, and contests. Not only this, it allows me to check my holidays, working hours etc. Fair appraisals on the basis of performance module. Timesheet is great for keeping a bird’s eye on my team. Keeps the record of employee performance. Makes planning and execution of training easier for me. Geo-fencing and Geo-tracking help with remote and mobile employees. Fast and accurate payroll calculation. Better candidate pool due to integration with the consultant and candidate portal integration. Can solve tickets on a priority basis without my cabin becoming a fish market.

Pros

Allows me to raise a request to any department. Gets my travel flights booked after knowing my preferences. Clears my tax-related doubts. Helps me connect with HR at the comfort of my desk. Helps me in evaluating myself.

Cons

The attendance sometimes doesn't get updated in real-time. Though that is not much of an issue, it gets updated the next day. Logs out on its own within a few minutes of inactivity. (this may be for the security concern though)

Well, we are long-time users of HR One HRMS and  I can say that it is what you need to leverage your HR operations. However, be ready to gauge yourself deeply the training modules. It is highly extensive HR software that requires attention at first. One thing is sure if you learn it thoroughly, you will hardly do any error.

Highly feature rich. Great mobile app with customization ability. Perpetual license payment system. iOS and Android app support.

Cons

Geo tracking feature lacks credibility. If your connection is a little bit slow, it will refuse to work.

HR One HRMS will make your pay slip generations a cake walk. One of the biggest advantages of using this software is you needs not to do salary calculations one after another. You can set the detailed once and it will do it automatically that too quickly and accurately.

Easy pay slips generation, on-click employee database, pre-defined salary calculation process, and informative MIS reporting tools.

Cons

I would really appreciate if the developers improved the may page layout of the software. The dashboard has too little more impressive.

If you are using HR One HRMS then you can be tension-free from doing a timely appraisal, getting 360-degree feedback, and conducting various other HR operations. The detailed reporting helps you to set apt hiring budget. But, the system goes blank sometimes. Even the app also becomes unresponsive repeatedly. All these things annoy you a bit. All in all a good HR software.

Pros

Impressive integration with platforms like Outlook, Biometric, Talley and so on. Offers various templates to create hiring budgets.

Cons

The system becomes little slow at times. The mobile app also becomes a little slow.

We are using HR One HRMS from quite a long time and I am totally amazed by its ability to organize the payroll process. As it is a self-service portal, you have to be an expert to operate it. You need to spend a lot of time to become well-versed in it and this is its biggest disadvantage.

Pros

Leverages the HR operations, help you to conceive HR strategies by doing workflow administration. Email integration is great.

Cons

Offers too much. Some of the features are too complex to understand. The training has to be more detailed and informative.

Well, I must say the HR operations were never so easy. HR One HRMS has really leveraged HR operations for our enterprise. As an HR manager, I know how daunting is payroll management, but it has simplified it by a great extent. Go for it.

Pros

Great Payroll tools that take care of everything. Multi-device support that makes it ready-to-use instantly. Affordable in comparison of its offerings.

Cons

You need to do a lot of brainstorming to understand the basic functionality of the software. It consumes a lot of time.

If you want to see how HR operations can be executed without delays and errors then HR One HRMS is the only way. I recently switched to it after availing a trial. Though it performed more than my expectations, I am not impressed with its mobile app. It hangs like anything.

Pros

Automates everything associated with HR, reduce errors, highly feature-rich, best customization ability, can be configured with all sort of devices.

Cons

The mobile-interface is not that much competition to handle all the features. The web version is far better and competent.

As far as the viability of HR One HRMS is concerned, I must say that it at par. The software almost everything and anything that come across to you while handling HR operations. However, I personally feel that it sometimes offers more than what is required. Thus, some of the features you are not going to use at all.

Great data security features, easy deployment offers multi-level functionality, feature rich, expandable power report features.

Cons

Technical training is not that informative. The company should offer various plans as well. A single plan doesn’t suit all.

I can easily define goals and objectives for different team members. Along with this, I can easily see the KRAs and KPIs of each employee for fair appraisals. And, if I find any of my team members less than expected than I can make a training plan with the help of HR-One. Joy truly brings "Joy" in my life.
