HRone one of the best hcm software, it's feature full package for everything.
HROne is one of the best HCM software I have used. The UI is clean, simple, and easy to use. It supports everything like community, letters, attendance, performance review, etc. If you are looking for HCM, it's a must-use one.

The UI is awesome and one doesnt need much training to use it. The navigation is clean and you can see everything; the community panel is good for posting anything.
What do you dislike about HROne?
There are options for letters, but the salary management feature is still missing.

I did not like the popup while login How is your mood today .It asks everytime you login and sometimes becomes annoying.

HCM suite for all HR related task
Overall performance is very good and the tool is easy to handle. We can also get actual reports as per our requirements, but some dashboard points are not working properly.

UI has hell lot of featurs and very it is really very interesting.
Overall, HROne has saved us time and money and doesn't have the headaches we faced with our previous HRMS software!

I think its a really aesthetic platform and it contains all the information I need for my work. I really like seeing badges, anniversaries, and birthdays on the front page, and its really easy to request leaves, that too on the go. Thumbs up!

Great software that fits all needs for a business.
The web portal makes it very simple to see how many days off you have taken and request leaves from the same portal. Leaves can also be canceled from the system as well as from the mobile app, and the days will be refunded back to the balance.

Good, needs some improvement. There are some modules where you need to do more work. I have not used all the modules, but it is good work. I can suggest to the company to buy this. If they find any issues, they can suggest improvements.
