I have had a perfect encounter with HubSpot CRM more so in managing the many clients we have in a company. The application is intuitive and of high quality level. Eventually, HubSpot CRM supports the marketing procedures in our company. The cost of HubSpot CRM is also friendly.

Pros

HubSpot CRM has one of the best customer relations feature, with high marketing level capacity for companies. Again, HubSpot CRM has a fair price rating, and therefore, good for all companies.

Cons

Nonetheless, I still request an update of the entire user design, to make it more pleasing and colorful.

The software is great and I would recommend to anyone. The free CRM is a no brainer, the other services just quickly become expensive and everything is an "upgrade". I like all on one solutions, and to avoid those costs, you have to use multiple tools to accomplish the same result. If you can afford to turn on the other parts, you will be very happy. Support is great and overall the company seems to really have it together. Just wish it was not so costly, as we are a small business.

Pros

The CRM portion of software is the best I have used. Easy to use, all in one place.

Cons

The price. While CRM is free, once you turn on the associated services (Marketing and/or Sales), the cost quickly becomes more expensive than its counterparts.

Overall experience was very good as the transition from our old software to hubspot was not so difficult as it has more user friendly interface and the training provided was also very in-depth for better usage of the software.

Pros

The software interface is user friendly and the inbuilt features like in app call is very helpful in maintaining your daily course of work

Cons

I found something like segregation of contacts and leads could be more simplified with an add on feature of small description whenever one hover on the contact name

Good for Startups

Good but could have been better. Its usefull for a startup and sales professionals who needs a CRM in low scale. Would like to recommend. It accomplishes all the needs that I have as far as contacting all my leads and being able to keep track of my communication with tasks and different stages. What isn't there to like? The only thing I wish is that it was easier to add documents to a template without having to contact an admin. That would definitely save me some time if that were easier.

Pros

HubSpot is extremely useful for tracking your marketing and sales leads. It is easy to use and extremely effective! I like that I can see all my leads and filter them out through various levels. I am able to see all of my threads with them, schedule my tasks and connect deals to the accounts. Additionally, I like that my templates are saved and can open up in each lead's profile for easy access. My team and I also use the sequence feature often to send out emails. I think this CRM is easy to use and helps team members be on top of their leads.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes my email threads don't populate in the account. It is rare, but it does happen. I believe it may be a tracking issue but as I mentioned it is rare. I also don't like that there is a cap on total enrollment for a sequence per day. You can only enroll 250 contacts in a sequence in one day - I believe this should be a little higher.

Very much impressed with it.

I came to know about Hubspot CRM after a suggestion from my colleagues. I was little sceptical to use by I must say, the software is very effective to manage all the information in one place. Everything is quickly accessible and the best part is there are no rooms for errors. Currently, I a using the trial version of Hubspot CRM, looking forward to buying it. I find the software totally worth the money.
