Best Unified AUtodialer and call center software

I have been using ICTBroadcast for 2 years and have found it to be the best choice for small enterprises and ITSP providers for engaging their customers through automation. It is easy to use and highly secure due to its open-source nature.

What do you like best about ICTBroadcast?

I recommend ICTBroadcast as a professional system to call center owners. It is an all-in-one software solution with advanced queue management and an agent panel interface. I worked with its IVR Studio and found it to be a brilliant feature. It helped me design complex IVR scenarios with simple drag-and-drop tools very quickly. I did not find such a beautiful feature in any other call center software. Awesome experience.

What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

I found the new campaign creation process a little complicated, and it could be managed more user-friendly, especially since user input validation is not professionally handled.

What features is ICTBroadcast currently missing?

I have been using ICTBroadcast last two years but didn't need any missing features in ICTBroadcast.

What other products like ICTBroadcast have you used or evaluated?

I have used CallShaper in the past But didn't satisfied with its features, that's why I convert to ICTBroadcast.

ICTBroadcast is a masterpiece of Call Center Software

My experience with ICTBroadcast is unbelievable because this software is straightforward, user-friendly, and futuristic compared to its competitors. I have used various auto dialer software but didn’t find any like ICTBroadcast because they provide auto dialer, progressive dialer, and predictive dialer with a bundle of features like unified broadcasting, campaign statistics and reporting, surveys and polls, live monitoring, web-based IVR designer, and many more. I would highly recommend this masterpiece to everyone.

In terms of technological innovation, ICTBroadcast is very forward-looking. I like its features, but my favorites are the multi-tenant, multi-campaign, and call schedule features. ICTBroadcast is the perfect solution for improving your call centers performance.

In my opinion, ICTBroadcast has no disadvantages except for its pricing. However, I purchased a lifetime package, so its worth it.

What do you like best about ICTBroadcast?

I found ICTBroadcast to be the most user-friendly call center software. It also offers unified communication and a lot of other campaigns; it is a comprehensive solution. I mostly liked its inbound call center operation and CRM integration with any CRM software using REST APIs. Its integration and business automation capabilities are commendable.

What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

Its pricing structure is based on the fact that there are multiple channels concurrently. A better approach would be to base it on the number of servers rather than the number of users. So even though I wouldnt say I like that feature, overall, I think its a good feature.

No there is no missing feature.

I've evaluated Bitrix but ICTBroadcast is better then Bitrix

Easy to Use and User Friendly

A few years ago, I bought an ICTBroadcast subscription for 500 channels. I found it feature-rich and user-friendly, especially considering that its IVR Designer includes exclusive capabilities that aren't found anywhere else. It made it simple for me to create a personalized IVR. ICTBroadcast is a polished, well-developed tool with many telemarketing and contact center operations features.
