Sign up was a breeze and from start to end fax was only a 5 minute process. Great for someone who is super busy and does not have time to click around trying to figure out how to upload and send a document. This site is perfect for someone who needs to send an occasional fax, but doesn't want a subscription. I'm very happy I stumbled across iFax.

Good experience so far
I love that ifax has eliminated the need for a traditional fax machine for faxing documents. It has also cut back a lot of money spent on paper and ink. Keeping a track of faxes is easy with ifax's dashboard.

Its our backup fax service
We have a conventional fax machine, however, when we have problems with the physical machine or the phone line itself, we swap over to iFax to make sure we don't miss any faxes. It's so easy to log in to our service provider and forward our number over to our iFax number so we can continue our business as usual. It updates immediately so I have no worries about a fax coming in. iFax is incredibly easy to use and essentially makes sending and receiving the faxing equivalent of sending and receiving email.
