Service is good and to be more customer friendly and on latest issue customer care seem to be taken more time. Heard that taken more time to resolve issue and dragged time . Proper solution seem to be not given

Fairly straight forward to use.

IFS is an amazing platform for the startups and for big organizations to connect with their employees internally. You can handle any complaint or case from the customer in anywhere because IFS supports on mobile apps. IFS also can receive a case from many sources like facebook, twitter, email and chat with the single app. A fast, efficient and organized sales process. Centralizing quotes and signed orders and all the relevant details in one place. IFS is great since you can track a big amount of different cases at the same time without losing track of the cases you are working on.
