A confirmation text to customer after the call is closed in system. This will help tracking our employees

What features is InnoMaint currently missing?

Uploading of file of all formats at all levels will help improve communication. At some points only *.jpeg is supported and *.pdf is not being uploaded by engineer from site.

What other products like InnoMaint have you used or evaluated?

used three softwares like this before, but till date this one is best.

All in one FSM

Wonderful application. We are in the elevator business and have been searching for an application that can cover field management. We decided to go with Innomaint because their team is very supportive and the application covers all our needs.

That it is only online-based. But there is an offline feature in the roadmap which should be delivered soon.
